A La Carte Services

  • Auction Item Procurement 

    • If you are hosting a fundraiser, gala, or other event where an auction will take place, CC, LLC will assist, or lead depending on contract requirements, the search and procurement process for Auction Items. We simply ask for a list of desired partners/items or ideas and theme of event and we will tailor our search to you. 

  • Day of event assistant 

    • We will provide you with a staff member who will act as your personal assistant for the day of your event. This assistant will 

    • Requirements: (to go into contract doc) 

      • 4+ hrs of work requires meal

      • Transportation covered if more than 30min or 30 miles 

  • Event Budgeting 

    • You provide us with your event requirements and we help create a budget that fits your needs with the best bang for your buck in mind. 

  • Event Care - Event based babysitting/childcare 

    • This service provides at-event childcare. We come and set up in a designated space at the event and then watch over the younger ones while the adults have fun. Games/activities/crafts are provided by Comprehensive Coordinations. 

    • Youth Toys/Activities 

      • Jump Ropes 

      • Chalk 

      • Bubbles 

      • Bubble Guns 

      • Blocks 

      • Youth Sized Table

  • Event Emergency Kit Rental

    • You can rent out our full event emergency kit. All  items provided are required to be returned except for select items (marked) 

    • Kit includes:

      • ITEMS TO BE LISTED SOON 

  • Marketing Assistance 

    • If you are in need of flyers, social media support, or other marketing strategy needs, CC, LLC will create personalized items based on service need and idea/theme requirements.  

  • Networking opportunities 

    • ​Looking to expand your contact list or build new relationships? In addition to hosting our own networking events, we will create one specifically tailored to your needs and desired relationships. 

  • Party Favor Assembly 

    • Comprehensive Coordinations will assemble your party favors and ensure they arrive at the designated time and place 

  • Personalized Decorations

    • You as the client will provide CC, LLC either your vision and details or direct imaging of what you are looking to recreate and CC, LLC will bring it to reality. 

    • If you are not interested in keeping your decorations after your event, CC, LLC will cover 60% of supply cost of supplies with agreement that CC, LLC can keep and reuse decorations. 

  • Planning Guides/Timelines+Agendas/Templates/General Document Creation

    • We will help create requested documents based off of provided requirements and needs.

  • Staff/Volunteer Management 

    • CC, LLC will be responsible for the coordination and management of all staff/volunteers for a designated period of time. The specifics of what this will look like will be laid out in the contract but general responsibilities include: 

      • At minimum one meeting prior to the day of the event is required to review staff/volunteer needs and assignments. 

      • Day of event staff/volunteer management including task assignments, shift changes, assisting when any issues occur, and more. 

  • Supply Rental
    • The majority of supplies are sustainable either via acquisitions through resale/rummage sales or are reusable/compostable 

    • Items include:

Full Package -
Planning & Coordination

This option means Comprehensive Coordinations is responsible for bringing your event to life through the what, when, who, and how of your event. We are responsible for the planning, logistics, and coordination based on themes and requirements provided by you. We will also be responsible for the day of coordination and run of show, and any additional services included in the contract selected via the a la carte list at a discounted rate.

Pre-Event Planning 

This option means Comprehensive Coordinations is responsible for bringing your event to life through the what, when, who, and how of your event. We are responsible for the planning, logistics, and coordination based on themes and requirements provided by you but will hand it off to you prior to the event itself.

Full Package -
Event Coordination

This option means Comprehensive Coordinations will be responsible for the coordination of all the logistics and primary communications for all lead contacts prior to and on the day of the event. You as the client are responsible for the planning of the event but CC, LLC will be involved pre-event to assist with connections, logistics, contracts, and communications, as well as on the day of to ensure successful implementation and run of show.

Partial Package - Event Coordination

This option means Comprehensive Coordinations will be responsible for the coordination of select logistics based on pre-discussed criteria and general communications to vendors prior to and on the day of the event. You as the client are responsible for the planning and primary logistics of the event but CC, LLC will provide pre-event assistance with connections, contracts, and communications. We will hand off day of coordinations and logisitics to you and your team.

Day of Coordination

This option means Comprehensive Coordinations will be responsible solely for the day of coordinations and run of show of your event. You as the client are responsible for the full planning and coordination of your event up to the day of where we will assist in bringing all of your planning to life and ensuring everything goes smoothly.

Pick at least 3 services from our full list of a la cart items and receive a discount for a combination, as well as a discount on any additionally added items.

We aim to provide services to all, regardless of budget.

*Non-profits, community organizations, and Micro-Business are subject to a sliding scale discount rate

​

*Registered Block Clubs are subject to a 50% discount rate

​

*Non-profits and Block Clubs will be required to provide 501c3 or Block Club status at contract signing

Sliding Scale Discount Structure 

Range 1: 1-5 person staff - 35%

Range 2: 6-11 person staff - 30%

Range 3: 12-17 person staff - 25% 

Range 4: 18-25 person staff - 20%
